In the ZIV exist different institutions to support our users with problems concerning communication systems:
If you have questions concerning the computer network operations (e.g. LAN trouble messages), please contact the
Net operating center (NOC) (only in German language)
If you have questions concerning the administration of the computer network (e.g. registration of computers, mail server, domains, application for LAN connections), please contact the
Net information center (NIC) (only in German language)
If you have questions, which do not concern clearly the administration of the communication systems (e.g. server operations in the ZIV), please contact the responsible departments. If you are not sure, which department is responsible, please contact the
Central service point (ZIVline)
