Errors can be reported to the department "infrastructure, telecommunication and media " under the following number

This department collects and deals with all failure messages concerning telecommunication, mobile communication and audio-visual media technology. Normally, the elimination of the problem starts immediately, but not later than the next working day. This is dependent on the current order situation. The state of progress can be requested at the hotline.
Private permissions (PIN) for company phones
You can do private calls with a company phone by entering a special PIN code. To get the permission and a personal pin code by the fee management, you have to do an application first. Further information is available unter the

The fee management also does the administration of the electronic directory. If there is a change in a subsidiary (e.g. change in name, address or bank account), the fee management executes it. In addition, the fee management takes care of all further duties concerning the billing of long distance calls. All long distance calls of the university (including all attached instutions e.g. the UKM), the FH Münster/Steinfurt and the art academy are managed here as well as the billing with network providers.
