Reporting technical errors
If you get a technical failure message of a system, which is in charge of the ZIV, please contact our central service point or just send an e-mail with a description of the problem.If you assume, that the fault is caused by
- the domaine name service, WINS service, DHCP service etc.,
- a bug at the LAN connecting box (damage, no function),
- non-availibility of whole network areas or
- output problems (assumed that these problems are not caused by servers etc.)
