Reporting technical errors

If you get a technical failure message of a system, which is in charge of the ZIV, please contact our central service point or just send an e-mail with a description of the problem.

If you assume, that the fault is caused by

  • the domaine name service, WINS service, DHCP service etc.,
  • a bug at the LAN connecting box (damage, no function),
  • non-availibility of whole network areas or
  • output problems (assumed that these problems are not caused by servers etc.)

please contact the network operating center (NOC) with the special form (only available in German language). If the fault concerns the dial-in systems, contact also the NOC.
