Help and advice in person
Some problems require support in person, e.g. when configuration settings need to be checked or when a Laptop is infected with a virus. In these and similar cases as well as regarding daily queries concerning the use of computers, our user support at Einsteinstraße 60, upper floor, room 113a, is happy to help you. They also care for the users of the computer workstations at the ZIV (ZIV-Pools). Our team of user support is available from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can also call us on 83-31900 during opening hours.
