Everybody knows: computers do not always work like we want them to. But this is not a problem at all – you do not need to know everything, it is sufficient to know where to get help. The answers to many questions can be found in our FAQ section. Many problems can also be solved via our online troubleshooting. Our friendly staff on the ZIV-Hotline will be happy to give you further advice.
