ZIV-Pool use with identity card (request for an identity card)	Daily 24/7
Support at PC Pools – Room 113	Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Additional support concerning problems with internet or dial-up by appointment – Room 108	Monday 5 to 7 p.m.
Disposal of print-outs and plots (usually hourly)	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Photos, scanning, digitalisation

In the IT-facility with appointment - Room 115	Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to noon and 1.30 to 4.30 p.m.
In the DigiLAb at the ULB-building, Krummer Timpen 3	Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 4 p.m.

ZIVline (Service Hotline) - Our staff will be happy to help you concerning several kinds of queries (error messages, technical questions etc.). Outside normal working hours your requests will be recorded on our answering machine. You can also contact us at ziv@uni-muenster.de.	Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Network Operating Center (NOC) - This is the contact point for all queries concerning the university network noc@uni-muenster.de.	Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
