Virtual Private Network (VPN)
For the setup of a VPN access, the Cisco VPN client and a valid user ID of the ZIV are necessary.
Step 1: Download the VPN client (required for Windows only)
- Users with Windows 7, Vista or XP (32 bit versions) can get the client via this download link.
- Users with Windows 7 or Vista (64 bit versions) take this download link.
- Users with other operating systems will find the respective links in our ZIVwiki ( Not all manuals are translated, but we're working on it).
Step 2: Download the VPN profile (required for Windows only)
Moreover you need a profile file that is imported into the client in the end of the installation process. It should be saved on the desktop first.
Step 3: Installation
Choose the operating system respectively the computer platform with which you want to set up the Cisco VPN access. The links will direct you to our ZIVwiki which is permanently updated. ( Not all manuals are translated, but we're working on it)
