Short curriculum vitae
Born 1972 in Tübingen. From 1991 to 1998 studies in Physical Education and Geogrpahy, Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg with final degree 1. Staatsexamen. Thesis on the topic: "Does structure rule learning? - On the interaction of a tracking- and tonecounting-task in implicit and explicit learning" supervised by Prof. Dr. K. Roth and Dr. M. Raab. From 1999 to 2001 teacher in training at the Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasium and Hebel-Gymnasium Schwetzingen with final degree 2. Staatsexamen and additional degrees in Ethics and German as a foreign language. In between August 2002 to August 2006 scientific assistent of Prof. Dr. K. Roth at the Department for Movement and Training science, Institute for Sport and Sport Science, Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, Germany. PhD in January 2007 with a thesis on "High performance in handball goalkeepers - A study on the identification, mechanisms and development of perceptual-motor expertise". Since September 2006 scientific assistent of Prof. Dr. B. Strauß at the Department for Sport Psychology, Institute for Sport Science, Westälische Wilhelms-University Münster, Germany.
