Research Fellows

Due to the pandemic, the possibility of integrating external research fellows into the CRC, especially from abroad, could only be initiated in the later part of the current funding phase (2019-2023). Welcoming research fellows serves to build national and international networks and, to a lesser extent but equally important, it is part of capacity building for prospective partner institutions that have not yet developed a distinctive profile of law and literature research, but are showing great interest and potential in this area. This applies in particular to the partners in India and Nigeria, where the CRC is currently active.
