Einfluß der Surfactanttherapie auf die akute Abstoßung nach experimenteller Lungentransplantation

Nach einseitiger Lungentransplantation in der Ratte wurden ultrastrukturell Surfactant-Funktionsstörungen im Verlaufe der akuten Abstoßung nachgewiesen. Eine postoperative Applikation von bovinem und synthethischem Surfactant konnte hierbei einen deutlichen Therapieeffekt im Sinne einer Abschwächung und Verzögerung der Abstoßungsreaktion erreichen. Aktuell werden in Folgestudien optimierte synthetische Surfactantpräparationen und Therapiemodus untersucht.
