The 13th Topical Meeting on "Photorefractive Materials, Effects, and Devices" will take place from October 13-15, 2011 in the hotel "Coral and Marina" in Ensenada on the Pacific coast of Baja California, Mexico, about 100 miles to the south from US San Diego.
