Colin Marshall (*1933), ehemaliger CEO von British Airways (1983-2004)

Der Erfinder der „Business class“ ist Mitglied des House of Lords und war von 1976-1983 Präsident von Avis. 1996-1998 Präsident des Confederation of British Industry.

Daneben war er Vorstandsvorsitzender bzw. -Mitglied bei diversen Firmen (allerdings fast alle Ämter 2003/04 niedergelegt): Invensys, Inchcape, The Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), Board of Trustees of The Conference Board, HSBC Holdings, Pirelli, Nomura International und  VisitBritain (British tourist board),
