In our research we address current and future developments of work in organizations and organization of work, that are also relevant for our society. Among these themes are the growing virtualization and digitalization of work processes, current demografic changes, and the increasing trend of participation and teamwork. Within these themes we both pursue basic and applied research questions. The results of this research are directly transferred into lectures and courses as well as into our consulting and training activities.
