The BFO (abbreviation for "consulting and training for organisations") is part of the Department of Work & Business Psychology at the University of Münster, and is devoted to facilitate close and partner-like exchange between science and practice. Our projects are characterised by a very cooperative approach, which lays the ground for creating solutions together with partners from the private and public sector. These solutions provide a bridge between latest scientific knowledge and practical requirements.
