By bus

A free bus transport from the ICA in Prague (with a stop-over in Weimar) on the 29th of May is offered for all accepted participants. More details will follow.

By plane

There is a local airport Münster-Osnabrück (FMO) with a number of direct connections to some German and European destinations with various airlines, including Deutsche Lufthansa and its partner airlines. From all over the world, you can fly to FMO from Frankfurt a. M. or Munich. From the FMO airport you can reach Münster's city centre in about 30 minutes by bus or taxi.

The closest international airports that offer a wider selection of international and even intercontinental flights are Düsseldorf (DUS, 1 h by car), Köln/Bonn (CGN, 2 h by car), Dortmund (DTM, 1 h by car), Weeze (NRN/Ryanair/2 h by car) and Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS, 3 h by car). Most destinations worldwide are directly connected to at least one of these airports.

By train

Münster's main railway station is located in the middle of the city. With its IC, EC and ICE connections, it connects Münster with the metropolises of Germany and Europe. The train from Hamburg or Cologne to Münster takes 2 hours, from Berlin it takes about 3.5 hours and Enschede (NL) is a good hour's train ride away.

By car

You can reach Münster directly via the A1 and A43 motorways, it takes about 3 hours to travel from Frankfurt a. M., Hamburg or Amsterdam, and about 5 hours to travel from Berlin to Münster.

From the Münster-Süd motorway intersection, the parking guidance system takes car drivers to the free P+R square on Albersloher Weg. From here, take the city bus lines 6 and 8 (toll paid) to the city centre. If this space is occupied, the car can be parked a few hundred meters away in the Cineplex multi-storey car park (daily price only 4 euros) and from there you can take the bus to the city centre.

Both selected hotels offer paid private parking spots to their customers upon previous registration.
