The Team

The TKR-Newsletter is a free e-mail publication that is distributed via a Listserv® electronic mailing list. As an international service based in Germany, it includes both German and English content. Since 1997, all materials are collected in an archive, which is open to non-subscribers as well.

Formerly a Research Fellow at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (ITM) at the University of Münster, Andreas is now an attorney with Hogan & Hartson Raue L.L.P., the Berlin office of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P.

Dr. Gunnar Bender, Founder
Formerly a Research Fellow at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (ITM) at the University of Münster, Gunnar is now head of policy and government relations with Time Warner Germany.
