LLM of East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), senior researcher of E-commerce Law Institute of ECUPL and Member of the Policy and Law Committee of China E-commerce Association. As a Legal Consultant of Mannheimer Swartling, a Stockholm-based international law firm, Ms Yu is being an internship researcher for the EU-China Information Society Project in respect of electronic contract regulation.
