Registration
Please note that the number of participants is limited to 100-120. The number of seats in the Hands-on Sessions is limited to 50. To secure a seat, you are advised to register early.
Registration fee is 100 Euro for regular participants and 60 Euro for students The registration includes
- ⊕ access to the scientific program
- ⊕ voucher for lunch in the university canteen (Mensa)
- ⊕ coffee and cookies during the breaks
- ⊕ Snacks and beverages during the poster session
- ⊕ Conference Dinner
How to register and submit an abstract:
- Registration opens on December 15, 2014. Go to the registration pages and enter your personal information. After submission, you will receive an email containing a token (password) that allows you to login to the FEW2015 any time later. Please mind that your email adress is used to identify you as participant, it can therefore be only used once for registration. Then login to the FEW2015 registration pages with your token and complete the registration:
- Submit your abstract, according to the procedures given here until February 1, 2015.
- The 'payment' page tells you how to transfer the conference fee for FEW2015. Please do so until February 15, 2015 at the latest.
- We will not be able to include participants who registered later than February 20, 2015 in the list of participants in the book of abstracts.
