Abstract: Even for a mean curvature flow with uniformly bounded mean curvature, singularities may occur. By incorporating the theory of varifolds with bounded mean curvature, we'll show how to refine our understanding of singularity formation for flows with these additional bounds. We'll also discuss generalizations to mean curvature flows with high co-dimension and integral mean curvature bounds.
