by the end of April 2018: Notification of acceptance

21^st May, 2018 – 22^nd June 2018: Early bird registration

23^rd June, 2018 – 17^th August 2018: Full fee registration

22^nd June, 2018: Registration deadline for the presenters

Note: registration closes on the 17^th  of August.
