Submit Abstract

Please send your abstract until

2016-06-30

by e-mail to nonlinear.response@uni-muenster.de

Please specify if you prefer to give a talk or to present a poster.

Submitted abstracts must be up to one-page (DIN A4 size) summaries of recent work to be presented at the workshop.  We encourage the inclusion of 1-2 key figures and references. Based on the abstract the Program Committee will select talks and posters.

A booklet with all abstracts is distributed to all workshop participants at the beginning of the meeting.

To help us organizing the submissions, participants are requested to send their abstracts only using our LaTeX template. If your submission contains multiple files, please compress them into a single zip archive. Figures can be submitted as PostScript, PDF, PNG, or JPEG files. Please consult the template for further instructions and guidelines.

If you are not fluent with LaTeX, please use the template nevertheless and simply enter the text of your abstract in plain text inside this template. We cannot accept Microsoft Word documents or other formats! Abstracts that do not conform to the template guidelines may be rejected.

By submitting this abstract I acknowledge that:

  1. I have the firm intention to attend the conference if my contribution is accepted for presentation.
  2. I will notify the organisers promptly if I need to cancel my contribution. Contributions accepted for presentation that are not cancelled will remain listed in the web program of the conference and marked as "in absentia".
  3. It is my responsibility to inform my co-authors (if any) of this submission.

You will be notified by email on 2016-07-07 whether or not your contribution is accepted and in what format.
