Good-bye Wisi!
[21.02.2013] This is a sad day, since Christoph is leaving our group after having worked on his master thesis in business chemistry for the last six months. We say thank you for affecting our group positively in both scientific and social ways and all the best for the future!
Award-winning
[28.01.2013] This years Evonik Award goes to one of our group members! Paul is being awarded for excellent research achievements in his diploma thesis dealing with nanocarbon zeolite hybrids. Congratulatios!
Recent Graduations
[02.10.2012] Congratulations to Anne and Dennis! After recently submitting their master theses, Anne is now going to work on a Ph.D collaboration project with Henkel and the Max Planck Institute (after a long and well-deserved holyday in Australia!). To our delight, Dennis is staying in the group and continuing his work as a Ph.D student.
New Group Members
[01.10.2012] With the new semester starting, we are also happy to welcome new students for master (Jessica Farwick and Christoph "Wisi" Wiesian) and Ph.D studies (Nina Buller). Klick here for research area and contact information.
ChemCup 2012
[27.09.2012] The first partitipation in the Faculty Football championship was a great success! Together with our friends from the Heuer Group, the proud team of "PC United" could score 3rd place. We are very happy about our unsuspectedly good performance and even more ambitious for next years tournament. Congratulations go to this years winner, our colleagues from the Winter group. We hope to beat you in the finals next year, not only in the preliminary round ;)
